The customer support I encountered was the worst I've ever faced! I strongly advise against obtaining any products from this service. They are quick to accept payments, but when assistance is needed, their phone line is perpetually unavailable and the representatives in live chat are unhelpful. They show no empathy and provide little to no useful advice. It took 10 days to receive my replacement card with no option to expedite the process. They won't even share my own card details for adding it to my digital wallet. They are quick to collect high interest payments, yet when a customer seeks help, their agents respond robotically—lacking empathy and offering no real support. The customer service is in dire need of improvement.
