I was sent a message to decline or accept a transaction, two of them so as i was busy I had never responded, luckily it was declined for me, anyway having been scammed before from another credit card I rang zopa and got through to what should have been the fraud team, I eventually spoke to someone who was not in the least bit interested telling me that I will get a call from the suspicious charge team in 24 hours, what an absolutely shocking way to behave towards fraudulent transactions,I am furious imagine how much money they can take off my card in that time, they are unprofessional and don't give a damn about customers I hope people read this and will learn about the total disregard towards people and their credit card card
