Today I tried to move £500 from my Zopa Biscuit account into one of my Smart Saver Hub Account. I us

Today I tried to move £500 from my Zopa Biscuit account into one of my Smart Saver Hub Account. I used the Zopa App. The money went out of my ZBA but I then received a message that there was a technical glitch in Zopa - not my fault but the £500 never arrived in my SSHA. I spent more than an hour online - and was passed to 4 staff members - all of whom could not help. I had to finally say that I want to lodge a formal complaint and the Customer Service personnel Rayan had the audacity to say "Sure, could you please confirm what exactly you would like to raise a complaint regarding?"
So I listed the following:-
1. due to Zopa's App n its technical glitch, I have been severely inconvenienced...my finances viz direct debits due are affected.
2.The 500 was meant to cover a series of direct debits due in the next few days. Due to Zopa's fault in the movement of my funds, I have been affected mentally and the stress has caused my high blood pressure to spike
3.I have spoken to 4 people in Zopa and spent more than an hour online and so far none of the 4 can resolve this issue. Asking me to wait 24 hours is ludicrous. I would like compensation for the distress
this glitch by Zopa has caused me and continues to cause me.
4.then to add insult to injury I have been told by Rayan to wait for another 24 hrs...another 24 hrs of stress and distress...n then if nothing is resolved, I have to start chatting to everyone in Zopa tomorrow...and tell everybody the same story ad nauseum
