I postponed my subscription order and lo and behold - I get a charge for 100 bucks to my credit card a week later and an email letting me know that my order was on its way. I knew I had placed an order, but I was wondering why I now seeing almost $400 on my credit card bill. When i postponed the order I placed a separate order because I was going to begin using a new product. So it took me a couple of days to realize that they had unpause my subscription. Not a big deal I can get it all sorted out with customer service right?I really thought Zoe skincare would have great customer service but I forget sometimes that the Doc is not as involved as he used to be.These people are so freaking out of integrity. It’s in the small print he told me to describe why I hadn’t seen that. It might take five days to get a two day expedited upsell in two days.The guy told me that it says in the small print that orders when you pay for two day expedited shipping may take five days. It was my first time, realizing that I had to read the small print in order to trust this company that I thought was trustworthy. So, sadly, now I no longer like them, and I can see that they’re not necessarily as good as skincare product as I thought. I kind of like the vibe of the company but once you don’t like the vibe of the company, you realize the products were just average.
