Three weeks I have been complaining, sending emails and calling because I received a broken cream. On email they respond me, someone will get back to you. Then they send me email “Are you sure you didn’t broke when you opened?!” After that they never respond anything. They teased me that I broke the cream myself?! Like I love to call their customer service and waiting on line?! And when I get someone to talk, they told me they are unable to help. This is not how customer service should work! As a customer, I do not feel protected or respected by this company. I'm very sorry for that, because that's not how a big company like Zoskinhealth should behave! They charge me and sent a broken cream! I am very disappointed and do not recommend their products and this kind of treatment to costumer!
