I’ve been a loyal ZO Skin customer for a while, but after my recent experience, I’m done. My package was not delivered TWICE, and despite that, ZO Skin refuses to issue a refund and has left the case open with FedEx. I followed up with FedEx, and they requested a simple letter from ZO Skin confirming the order. Sounds easy, right? Wrong. ZO Skin has repeatedly ignored my requests for this letter, which is necessary for me to process the claim with FedEx and get my refund.I’m not even asking for a replacement or a refund from ZO Skin directly, just the documentation needed for FedEx to handle the situation. It’s ridiculous that a company with supposedly high standards can’t even provide basic customer service. I’ve reached out to them multiple times, and they’ve completely ignored me. I even filed a complaint with the BBB, and they’ve ignored that too. This shows they simply do not care about their customers.If ZO Skin can’t handle such a simple request, it makes me question their entire approach to customer care. I’m seriously considering ditching their products altogether because dealing with this company is more hassle than it’s worth. Absolutely useless!
