I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I placed an order (Order ID #121037) and cancelled it before it was dispatched. Despite cancelling on time, the order was not processed for cancellation.
When I contacted customer support, I was told that “these kinds of items cannot be cancelled,” which was never clearly mentioned during purchase. That response felt completely unreasonable and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, after raising the issue, my calls were not answered and there was no proper follow-up from the team. Ignoring customers after taking payment is highly disappointing.
Very poor communication, unclear policies, and extremely bad customer support experience. I would not recommend purchasing from here unless you’re ready to deal with such issues.
