I honestly see why so many people on here have complained about the customer service of ZQuiet and their obvious inability to resolve simple customer requests. I read several of the reviews and decided to cancel my order which was requested before my account being charged and the product being sent. But ZQuiet took it upon themselves to charge my card and ship it anyway and I have yet to receive any type of response from the very same way shown in many responses to customer complaints by ZQuiet. I do not want your product and expressed this to you in two emails sent to your help link. I will be returning your product as soon as it arrives because it never should have been mailed in the first place.
