I first want to say that their customer services seems great. They were fast to reply through my email when I had a question for them, which I appreciated. They also had a very clear instruction/information booklet for how to use their products.The reason for my two star review is that I'm not happy with their return policies. I didn't know at first that their main website offers returns, but not anywhere else they sell their products. I bought a mouth guard from them on a different website and I wore it for several days before I ended up with severe tooth pain, which is not a symptom ZQuiet has listed on the information booklet for their mouth guards. I spent over $40 for a mouth guard that's just going into the trash because there's no way I can tolerate the pain just to get a better night's sleep. That's not something they said should happen, so I don't feel like they kept their promise to me, that I'd get a good night's sleep.If you plan to order from them, only support their main website. Don't get screwed over like I did. I don't understand why they bother to sell their products elsewhere if customers are just going to get screwed over by the return policies.
