I ordered a product (order 12085) from them on 2nd September for posting to Australia. For some reason it did not leave USA but was returned to them by US Postal Service on 20th September.I have sent 4 emails, left a message on their website and never received one reply.In frustration I rang them on 4th October (3rd Oct US time) and they promised to re-post to me and let me know the new Tracking details by 7th October, still no advice received as at 10th Oct. They may have a good product but their customer relations service is non existent.
