It turns out someone else in my home had an account without my knowledge. I attempted to explain my situation, but their responses were always the same, stating that the correct department was handling it. Ultimately, I received a final decision to keep my account closed and my funds taken. They allowed me to spend money on their platform while knowing about the multiple accounts linked to my address. I would have been satisfied with a refund, but they clearly stole my money. Their customer service was dreadful, and I advise others to steer clear of this site!
