Buyer beware — I would not recommend purchasing shoes from this seller.My recent experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money.First, the shoes do not match the advertised product. On the website, the shoes clearly show a faded pink gradient around the top. What I received was plain, solid pink with no fading at all. This is misleading advertising, and I don’t understand why a color style would be promoted if it’s not what’s actually delivered.Second, the sizing is significantly off. The size I ordered runs much larger than comparable shoes from other brands. When I contacted the seller to explain both the sizing issue and the incorrect color, they were unnecessarily difficult and repeatedly demanded “proof,” instead of addressing the problem professionally.Third, the box that shoes arrived in was damaged. The top cover was ripped, and the corners of the packaging were torn and busted, which is unacceptable for a new product.I will never purchase from this seller again.To Zuno Store: I have already shared my order number with Trustpilot, so you have the necessary details to reference my purchase.
