Very disappointing experience – avoid this shop. I have never faced such frustration with an online store. First, customer support is virtually non-existent. I sent several emails about my order and never got any response. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Being ignored as a customer is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I received the wrong item, and returning it was nearly impossible. There were no clear return instructions or assistance from support. The whole return process feels deliberately complicated, as if they want customers to give up. This shop clearly doesn’t care about its customers after the sale. Wrong orders, no communication, and poor return policy — this is not how a reputable business should function. I strongly do NOT recommend shopping here. Save your time, money, and stress, and choose a store that values its customers.
