The website claims to be based in Europe, creating a false sense of legitimacy. However, the item was shipped from a different country, which was not clear during the purchase. This is very misleading. After receiving the counterfeit item, I reached out to the seller multiple times via email with no response. There was no customer support, no explanation, and no resolution. This is a clear case of misleading marketing and consumer fraud. I am currently disputing the transaction with my bank and will report this to consumer protection authorities. I strongly recommend that other consumers avoid this seller. What they promote is not what they provide.
