I liked how fast they responded to application, but once a vehicle was selected and papers were settled the service was distant. They never called when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Mind you, once I called the dealership and explained who I was and why I was calling. I was informed by the dealer that the vehicle had been ready the whole week. Zuto still hasn't contacted me in 4 days to say anything about the vehicle. I was on the verge of cancelling if not for the dealer. Not happy.
