They Refused to return the money

I was disappointed with my experience using the Zutobi web app. They failed to notify me about the end of my trial period, which is generally expected today, and subsequently charged me for the service. Upon deciding that the product did not meet my needs and opting for a different service, I contacted customer support to request a refund. Unfortunately, they declined to refund my payment, stating that they had not committed to sending a trial-end notification. Additionally, I found their customer service to be unhelpful and discourteous during our interactions.
