The subscription process I encountered was incredibly frustrating and seemed unethical. Once subscribed, canceling the plan is nearly impossible, despite a “Cancel Subscription” option being present in the account dashboard. The cancellation function is intentionally placed at the bottom of the page and fails to operate. Additionally:
- The live chat support feature never opens, preventing real-time communication.
- You cannot remove your payment method.
- Deleting your account is not an option.
- The only contact method is through email, leaving you waiting for a response while charges may continue. This feels like a deliberate tactic to keep users trapped in ongoing payments rather than a mere technical glitch. Basic account management tools that should be standard in any service are either malfunctioning or deliberately restricted. Having used numerous online services, including many similar platforms, this has been the worst experience I’ve had regarding billing transparency and user control. I strongly recommend avoiding this service unless you're ready to engage in a lengthy email battle just to stop the charges.
