I placed an order on November 17th. After more than two weeks of it being marked as shipped, I still hadn’t received anything, so I reached out to customer support to clarify the situation. I had ordered two rings: a Flame Ring size 10 and a Layer Ring size 12. A few days later, they informed me that the Flame Ring size 10 was actually out of stock, even though it was listed as available. They apologized for the error and offered a replacement, also asking me to choose a necklace as a gift. I responded positively, but never heard back. After about two more weeks, I finally received a shipping notification with a tracking code. I understood the delay due to the holiday season. On December 29th, after one month and 12 days, I received the package with my original order, but it did not include the replacement ring or the necklace. I feel a bit misled, as the product quality is excellent, and the packaging was lovely, even including a personalized card that made me smile. However, customer service definitely needs improvement.
