I purchased a Zwilling knife some 35/40 yrs ago from House of Frazer in Guildford. Recently the tip off the knife broke off and I wanted to purchase a replacement. As I was unable to find a store stocking the range I wrote directly to Zwilling. I have been amazed by the quality and speediness of their service. I emphasise I wanted to buy a replacement. Zwilling of their own volition supplied a brand new replacement at no cost whatsoever.
