Really poor customer service.Items returned for warranty claim 6 weeks ago.Email ignored.Phone call made.Evidence of delivery provided to company.More emails ignored.Not just the USA that gives Zwilling poor reviews.Edit: Shortly after the 1* review Zwilling contacted me and have resolved the situation.I will upgrade the score to a 4. It would have been a 5 if it hadn't taken such a long time to resolve.
