I placed an order on January 8th, 2026, and now it’s January 17th, 2026. I haven't received any confirmation about my order and have tried messaging, emailing, and calling with no response. They are quick to take your payment, but now I have no idea how to retrieve my money. I strongly advise against using this service. I feel completely cheated!
I've ordered gin liqueurs from this service four or five times as gifts. Initially, I was concerned because they don’t send confirmation emails or updates about order status, which is a significant issue for first-time buyers. Now that I know what to expect, I don’t worry as much. This remains the sole negative reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5, which is unfortunate because the gins deserve 5 stars. I usually buy a few for birthdays or during the holiday season, and I hope they continue producing them as they are my son's favorites, especially the marshmallow flavor. Some bottles are also visually stunning with a shimmery look. I ordered on Monday, and they arrived today, Thursday, so the shipping is quite fast. I received tracking information via email on the delivery day, which works for me since I work from home. Prices are reasonable, and the bottles are well-packaged in protective bubble sleeves. Overall, I highly recommend buying from here; just don't expect a lot of emails since they don't send any. You can create an account to check your order, though it won’t be updated either—mine are all still marked as waiting for dispatch. 😂
What can I say? The gin liqueurs I found online during lockdown are fantastic, with sweet violet being my favorite. I finally ordered directly from the seller after hesitating for months, and the service was exceptional! I ordered 8 bottles on December 20th at 8:40 AM, and by 9:20 AM they were picked, in DHL's hands by 10:05 AM, and delivered by 8:30 AM on December 21st, even amidst the holiday rush. They were beautifully packaged, making it perfect. A huge thank you for enhancing my Christmas with such top-notch service!
I really enjoyed trying their gins. Unfortunately, after placing an order where only half of it arrived, what should have been a simple resolution turned into a situation where my numerous emails and calls were ignored. It seems I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
