While most drivers have been great, I had a poor experience with one particular driver. This driver activated the meter 15 minutes before the booked time, claiming he starts timing from the moment of contact. He called me 15 minutes prior, and when we got in the car at the scheduled time, the fare was already over £10, compared to less than £7 charged by others for the same trip.
