I had a really lovely driver to take me to my hospital appointment for surgery and he was super friendly and I felt quite relaxed by the time I got there! He was prompt (early!) and had a nice clean car.
I scheduled a taxi a day ahead of my trip. The booking was free, and I only paid £6.60 in the vehicle. Choosing another platform would have cost £17, making this option significantly more affordable for the same quality of service. The driver was also very friendly.

While most drivers have been great, I had a poor experience with one particular driver. This driver activated the meter 15 minutes before the booked time, claiming he starts timing from the moment of contact. He called me 15 minutes prior, and when we got in the car at the scheduled time, the fare was already over £10, compared to less than £7 charged by others for the same trip.
I experienced excellent service with a helpful tracking link that allowed us to see the taxi's arrival. While waiting for our pickup from a hospital, the link gave us time to grab a sandwich. The taxi arrived promptly, was clean, and the driver was chatty, making it a win-win situation for us. Thank you for the reliable and friendly service!
