The whole feedback process was smooth and well organized thanks to their video commenting tool, which made collaboration extremely easy.It’s important to note that aligning on the concept and expectations from the start really helps. I recommend coming prepared with clear creative direction, brand materials, and app visuals. Once we were on the same page, the team worked very efficiently and always aimed to meet every creative request.They were transparent about budget and progress, and all the edit (and there were many) stayed within the agreed cost. We also appreciated getting multiple voiceover and music samples to choose from before finalizing.In the end, we were so happy with the result that we ordered additional short ad cuts from them.Professional, flexible, and fast.
