The worst store in the EU — after challenging multiple breaches of contract on preorder, they threw a fit and "canceled the preorder and deactivated the account in the store" but maliciously did NOT issue a refund, leaving me in limbo with the payment processor. Fortunately, I had a PayPal claim against them, and I WON! Their 25% cancellation fee is ILLEGAL IN THE EU, even if they claim they put it somewhere in their terms of service. This is the most predatory, terrible customer service and anti-consumer shop I have dealt with my whole life, and I'm never coming back and begging you to protect your family and friends from these scammers!
