Possibly the worst customer service experience

This is likely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The responses to my emails appear to be automated, despite the fact that it has been over five weeks. They are refusing to issue a refund for an online order I placed just ten minutes after it was made, even though European law is very clear on such matters. I strongly recommend avoiding any purchases from this service!

Significant delays

There have been significant delays. I have been waiting since early May for an order that was supposed to arrive by the end of May. Now, it has been postponed to the end of July. I have reached out twice but received no real answers, just excuses. I placed a second order that was also promised to arrive in three days but has not yet been sent.
