I have faced some of the worst customer service possible. The responses to my emails appear to be automated, even after more than five weeks since my initial contact. They refuse to process a refund for an online order I made just ten minutes after it was placed, despite clear European laws regarding this. I highly recommend exercising caution and not considering purchases from this service!
