One reason I joined was because I was told directly on a video call that I’d be covered by their refund guarantee if it didn’t work out. That promise was the main reason i wanted to give it a chanceI was supposed to have beginner support, questions answered, 1-on-1 calls with a rep. instead, scheduled calls were missed even though i showed up and pinged them, my questions went unanswered both publicly and privately, and big parts of what was expected of me (like cold calling strangers) were never explained during the signup call. then before i knew it my membership expired and i lost accessAfter that i reached out multiple times to claim the refund i was promised, but ive been ignored at every turn. i even have video proof of the rep telling me i was covered by the guarantee, and it still didn’t matter.As far as I’m concerned this is a case of the service not being as described and a guarantee being broken. I've tried emailing, currently left unread.Update after response: I would like to speak to support but so far they have not read my email. I will send another todayAlso I did not choose the lowest tier, I recall it was the 2nd tier which does include the communityUpdate 31st August: Despite their reply to this review they have read one of my emails (no reply) and left other unread.Update 3rd October: They last emailed me a full month ago and did not resolve this. I was given an offer but my reply to it has gone unread the full month since.
