I purchased the AI Agency Mastermind program back in May 2025, shelling out a hefty $20,000 from my savings. It wasn't easy writing that check, but I convinced myself it was worth it based on their compelling promises of hands-on support and exclusive training that you couldn't find elsewhere.
The reality hit me hard. My questions in the AI Agency Mastermind Discord group sat there, lonely and unanswered for days—sometimes even stretching into weeks. I remember one particularly frustrating instance in June 2025 when I posted three specific questions about client acquisition strategies. Seventeen days of silence followed. Nothing. When I finally nudged them with a follow-up, my messages seemed to vanish into the digital void. So much for the "active support" they had enthusiastically advertised during the sales calls. This wasn't just an occasional delay—it was a consistent pattern of absence. For twenty grand, I expected better than being left hanging, especially when I was wrestling with implementing their strategies at critical moments in my business journey.
The Discord community itself was a ghost town compared to what they'd described. They boasted hundreds of active members, but day after day, I noticed the same handful of profiles—maybe 5 or 6 people—posting generic responses. Many profiles never said a word. Curious about this, I tracked the engagement from July through September 2025. The numbers were telling: roughly 90% of the so-called "community" members never posted a single message. Not one.
Perhaps the most jarring aspect was the before-and-after contrast in communication. Pre-purchase, Carson and Wyatt were incredibly attentive—answering questions within hours, sometimes minutes. Their enthusiasm was palpable. Then May 12, 2025 rolled around, my payment cleared, and suddenly their communication dried up. Between May and November, I sent 14 emails. My inbox remained eerily empty of their replies.
The "daily coaching calls" they promised turned into an exercise in disappointment. I'd block out time in my calendar, arrange my day around these calls, only to discover they were canceled—often with barely an hour's notice. During one particularly frustrating stretch in August 2025, all 15 scheduled calls over three weeks were canceled last-minute.
As for the training materials, I gradually realized they weren't much different from content freely available elsewhere. Modules grandly labeled as "proprietary AI strategies" contained basic ChatGPT information that mirrored free tutorials I later stumbled across on YouTube. When October came around and I attempted to request a refund, I discovered they were no longer on Whop.com or Stripe—apparently due to customer complaints. Neither platform could process my refund request, leaving me with nowhere to turn.
The course is a great way to learn to use AI for images. I have been using AI for images in my business so I am pretty familiar, but the course teaches ways to get better results that are very useful. Would definitely recommend.
Wyatt and Carson dominate the AI industry. The value in the Mastermind is absolutely mind-blowing. When first buying, I was incredibly skeptical because the course seemed super cheap compared to what was promised, and indeed, it's a steal. Wyatt talks about building your agency in 6 months, but it took me less than 1 month to hit $90k cash, and I'm currently doing $130k/mo consistently with great fulfillment, and we're on track to hit $200k this month. The truth is, the information and the systems are all there, but it's on you to implement them. If you don't move quickly, you'll be left behind.
One reason I joined was because I was told directly on a video call that I’d be covered by their refund guarantee if it didn’t work out. That promise was the main reason i wanted to give it a chanceI was supposed to have beginner support, questions answered, 1-on-1 calls with a rep. instead, scheduled calls were missed even though i showed up and pinged them, my questions went unanswered both publicly and privately, and big parts of what was expected of me (like cold calling strangers) were never explained during the signup call. then before i knew it my membership expired and i lost accessAfter that i reached out multiple times to claim the refund i was promised, but ive been ignored at every turn. i even have video proof of the rep telling me i was covered by the guarantee, and it still didn’t matter. As far as I’m concerned this is a case of the service not being as described and a guarantee being broken. I've tried emailing, currently left unread.Update after response: I would like to speak to support but so far they have not read my email. I will send another todayAlso I did not choose the lowest tier, I recall it was the 2nd tier which does include the communityUpdate 31st August: Despite their reply to this review they have read one of my emails (no reply) and left other unread.Update 3rd October: They last emailed me a full month ago and did not resolve this. I was given an offer but my reply to it has gone unread the full month since.
