I’ve spent the last two and a half decades in the heavy civil/commercial construction industry delivering large-scale capital projects. I’ve done well for my clients and built a reputation on delivering challenging and complex projects on time and time n budget. I’ve always kept abreast of technology within the construction industry and felt that gave me an edge that plowed me to stay a little ahead of the tech adoption curve in an industry that notoriously lagged in tech adoption. But when AI really hit the scene the disparity between those who have AI as a part of their tech stack and those go don’t have AI was glaring. Those who embraced it were well ahead of those who felt they had time to wait. That’s when I chose to champion digital transformation in the industry and encourage industry professionals to embrace innovation and technology. I could see that AI and technology built around AI was going to change the industry; it was leveling the field where small contractor were able to compete with the industry conglomerates. And my digital journey began. I read articles, books, watched webinars and became of student of “You Tube University”. I researched technology and aligned that technology with industry pain points. And then all I had to do was find out how to deliver the antidote to those pains. That’s how I found Wyatt and his team.
