This stay was completely unacceptable. We were locked out for over 5 hours, left outside in the cold with our belongings. Despite requesting the lockbox code at 15:04, it was not provided until 20:05, and repeated calls went unanswered.On arrival, the property was freezing and the boiler was not working. Resetting it multiple times made no difference—there was no heating or hot water. The host’s responses were slow, dismissive, and failed to resolve anything. We were forced to sleep in freezing conditions, and two members of our group became unwell.Airbnb support was unhelpful and simply redirected us back to an unresponsive host. Steer clear of this property. All in all terrible service and unacceptable stay !! We have proof and pictures to account all the above and have posted some images on the Google review if anyone wants to see !
