This stay was completely unacceptable. We were locked out for over 5 hours, left outside in the cold with our belongings. Despite requesting the lockbox code at 15:04, it was not provided until 20:05, and repeated calls went unanswered.
On arrival, the property was freezing and the boiler was not working. Resetting it multiple times made no difference—there was no heating or hot water. The host’s responses were slow, dismissive, and failed to resolve anything. We were forced to sleep in freezing conditions, and two members of our group became unwell.
Airbnb support was unhelpful and simply redirected us back to an unresponsive host. Steer clear of this property. All in all terrible service and unacceptable stay !! We have proof and pictures to account all the above and have posted some images on the Google review if anyone wants to see !

We wanted to rent our static caravan out when we weren't there so had a meeting with 1066 and sounded good as she guaranteed regular payments from monies earnt from rentals we understood that they have a percentage but it was all wrong and the repairs they made were ridiculously over charged. We booked a weekend at our own caravan and when we arrived the locks had been changed which I understand but we were given wrong code for key safe and no one answered at office we total disaster. So wasn't working and spoke to someone in there office about leaving and I said I wanted to give the notice required and they said no problem but months later we got £400 bill for not giving notice. All in all terrible experience wouldn't recommend to anyone
1066 Holidays offer fantastic holiday rentals on Rye Harbour Holiday Park. Easy check in, 5* accommodation with immaculate decoration, fully fitted kitchen and spacious bedrooms with en suites. Location perfect overlooking the river and reservoir.
Newbeach Dymchurch park it's self was fine. The caravan was old and tired originally booked 10 berth but was cancelled due to sale and this 8 berth was a replacement and a downgrade which we didn'tknow at the time and definitely not worth the money paid. 7 Adults in this tinny space. Caravan was dirty and smelled of drains and large bedroom stank of urine. The whole caravan needs needs to be given a deep.clean or maybe sell this one! The bedding for the pull out bed was unusable luckily we had our own sleeping bag. We will not be coming back .
A comfortable stay at Beauport Holiday Park. The accommodation lacked some essentials. We also had water coming through which soaked the carpet but when we rang 1066 they were very helpful and sent two maintenance guys to repair it who themselves were very friendly and helpful. Good communication with 1066 but the laundry facilities let us down. 2 dryers did not work properly and no one in the office could help us or provide a refund. Very annoying as we had torrential downpours for 2 days.
