Awful company to deal with. Caravan had bbq outside with mouldy food, hole in bedroom door, 1 pillow on double bed, broken lamps, lights not working in twin room, handle fell off in double bedroom, advert fails to state that caravan is practically right on very busy main road, and only 1 very tiny baking tray for 7 guests to cook with!Had issue with booking prior to arrival, sent 4 emails, called and left voicemails - all ignored. Advertisement states on air bnb from 1066 holidays to contact them if you have issues but they don't respond (not until you're way into your break so at that point they can't assist!)Usually I leave positive reviews as I don't like to be negative but worse customer service and horrible caravan - one to avoid for sure!Following on from 1066 Holidays reply below - I would like to add that I do have photographs to show the caravan with these faults - I am happy to forward these as the response from 1066 is completely inaccurate.
