Key-Workers, having worked intensely throughout the pandemic giving 100% support we were expecting a relaxing, clean and safe environment for our short one night stay at New Beach Holiday Park. On arrival, no hot water, no gas boiler instructions and the kitchen sink was totally blocked. We phoned/reported this to the Park Warden but nothing happened. Having spent some hours waiting for a visit or call-back we then phoned the support number and spoke to a staff member who informed us that it was Saturday and there was no support OR no call later to ask if we were ok.We spent many hours of our short stay waiting for support as the gas boiler was an issue!We are extremely angry and disappointed about the lack of care and support - during the pandemic these are basic guidelines of safety and hygiene. Having to boil a kettle to wash dishes and have a personal wash in the bathroom sink is not acceptable.We paid £197.00 for 18 hours in an unsafe caravan and request compensation You have failed in the basics of Health, Safety & Hygiene to your visitors.We have sent a similar report to Penny but await a reply.
