The actual booking process was quite good/easy to do, however the caravan we booked had got a broken boiler so we had no heating or hot water in winter. We reported this to the owners/reception, but it needed a gas engineer to fix it, which wasn’t done during our stay. It cost us nearly £200 for the night and we had 2 children with us, who were cold. We weren’t offered an alternative, so had to stay cold. We also couldn’t shower there. I wouldn’t stay again.
