I made a deposit on December 20, 2025, and as of January 4, 2026, there's been no movement on my refund. I keep receiving the same response, stating they need to wait for confirmation from the team. This seems to be a common issue affecting many users. They have shown no accountability for these delays, which is reminiscent of a similar problem I encountered three years ago. According to gaming regulations, they should process refunds within five working days, yet they disregard these rules and remain unresponsive. There’s also no certified dispute resolution available.
