I have been using this platform for over four years, and recently I deposited an amount of 4,000, but it hasn't appeared in my account. I submitted a ticket, and after more than a month, they are still saying they are investigating. I'm not sure what they are checking after such a long time; it feels like they are just wasting everyone's time and money. I then deposited another 2,000, and the same issue occurred. In total, I've lost 6,000, and after multiple emails, they continue to say they are checking. I've come to the conclusion that using this platform is not worth it. I strongly advise against investing in such unreliable services.
