The platform's support has greatly declined. The VIP managers seem to be absent and communicate like automated responses, while live support is also unhelpful. I haven’t received any replies in several days. The platform works reasonably well in terms of graphics and timely withdrawals, but the VIP team is disappointing and ineffective.
