It been 16 days yet no update and they are still giving same automated response on mail even bank give me status of transaction was successful deducted from account and I have shared Bank statement and bank confirmation details but yet these are not bother to resolve i will give you one star on every day let se how much time 10cric take to resolve as of now from 4th to 19 pending from 16days
