I purchased the injen replacement filters for my nissan z after having to replace some oiled filters.After install there was a mishap and one of the filters had a gash in the connecting flange.The team IMMEDIATELY responded to my email that I provided with photos and initiated a request with Injen right away. The communication honestly blew me away....usually you wait 3 to 4 days for a response thats lack luster, but with 10 second racing, they literally always get back to me within 24 hrs and most of the time its within the same day. Even late on Fridays and sometimes weekends.I cant recommend them enough because of the sole fact that if you run into issues, they are there to help and HAPPY TO DO IT as customer service reps should be. Kindness and professionalism go hand in hand.The Z will definitely be picking up its next mod here.
