AWESOME experience!!My Progress Tech 12" Swaybar Endlinks were on a special order 3-4 month build time, but 10 Second Racing were able to source me a pair and I received them in about 10 days instead!EXCELLENT service and they have the best price!Thank you..I installed them today in about 15-20 minutes and now my swaybar is back to parallel!
I purchased the injen replacement filters for my nissan z after having to replace some oiled filters.After install there was a mishap and one of the filters had a gash in the connecting flange.The team IMMEDIATELY responded to my email that I provided with photos and initiated a request with Injen right away. The communication honestly blew me away....usually you wait 3 to 4 days for a response thats lack luster, but with 10 second racing, they literally always get back to me within 24 hrs and most of the time its within the same day. Even late on Fridays and sometimes weekends.I cant recommend them enough because of the sole fact that if you run into issues, they are there to help and HAPPY TO DO IT as customer service reps should be. Kindness and professionalism go hand in hand.The Z will definitely be picking up its next mod here.
The business uses different addresses, depending on if you use their website, google, facebook, and linkedin; Each different address used online is false. The property management companies of these properties do not acknowledge this business EVER existing. The guy actually runs the business out of his house. It's just him.*For the correct business address, search 10 Second Racing in Bronx, NY on yelp. As TrustPilot continues to unethically take my reviews down while within their guidelines.Secondly, I've had a really difficult time getting my money back: Over a week went by after the order was cancelled: I have not seen any movement on a refund being sent -> I then resorted to opening a complaint on Trustpilot and Better Business Bureau, and within hours 10 Second Racing LLC issued a partial refund. They also sent me an email that I have been refunded in full. When I questioned the pending refund being a different, lesser amount, the business claims that their money-back guarantee only applies if they have the item in stock. The website does not say the item is out of stock. And when I google-search, the search result shows as "in stock."As long as this review is posted, means I am awaiting my full refund. Unfortunately, I have resorted to opening a dispute with my credit card issuer becasue the seller operates a scam business and takes your money without delivering anything. Do not trust their "money back" guarantee. Do not trust any replies he posts. He is dishonest. If you don't receive anything within 60 days, make sure you file a dispute with your credit card issuer. By law, the credit card issuer will have to investigate and will freeze the money. That will prevent this business from stealing it. When you dispute, it does take some time to get your money back, but it is better than being scammed. Avoid this company at all costs, the one guy that runs it is a scammer! Oh and there is no team that works here, it is just one guy!
