The business uses different addresses, depending on if you use their website, google, facebook, and linkedin; Each different address used online is false. The property management companies of these properties do not acknowledge this business EVER existing. The guy actually runs the business out of his house. As TrustPilot continues to unethically take my reviews down while within their guidelines.Secondly, I've had a really difficult time getting my money back: Over a week went by after the order was cancelled: I have not seen any movement on a refund being sent -> I then resorted to opening a complaint on Trustpilot and Better Business Bureau, and within hours 10 Second Racing LLC issued a partial refund. They also sent me an email that I have been refunded in full. When I questioned the pending refund being a different, lesser amount, the business claims that their money-back guarantee only applies if they have the item in stock. The website does not say the item is out of stock. And when I google-search, the search result shows as "in stock."As long as this review is posted, means I am awaiting my full refund. Unfortunately, I have resorted to opening a dispute with my credit card issuer becasue the seller operates a scam business and takes your money without delivering anything. Do not trust their "money back" guarantee. Do not trust any replies he posts. He is dishonest. If you don't receive anything within 60 days, make sure you file a dispute with your credit card issuer. By law, the credit card issuer will have to investigate and will freeze the money. That will prevent this business from stealing it. When you dispute, it does take some time to get your money back, but it is better than being scammed. Avoid this company at all costs, the one guy that runs it is a scammer! Oh and there is no team that works here, it is just one guy!
