In my opinion this is a scam! I paid and received a kit that would not and could not get registered. I spent over 5 hours trying to register the kit they sent me. The help desk even said they fixes it however nothing changed. So after a couple weeks of working with the support group to get my kit registered ( I think they were stringing me along to hold my credit card payment so there wouldn’t be a refund) they still couldn’t register the kit. I hadn’t done anything but opened the box to register the kit (no DNA, no seal break, nothing except open the main box to register) and I couldn’t get it to activate. So after a couple weeks and hours of my time wasted trying to just register I asked for a refund. Here is where they try and string you along. They have another tech support person contact you and spend a week or so trying to figure it out and the same result no activity. ( see previous comment about trying to get to the credit card time line refund) in the end they charged me $35 dollars for a $2 kit. I believe in my opinion that they’re scamming customers and keeping the $35 . I bet they’re thinking people who can afford a $$$ test won’t miss $35. Well I’m here to tell 10XHealth, it’s about the principle!! I’m not done posting about my experience with this company. One of the Big pharma lies is right here with this scammer!!! $35.00 over a few thousand customers adds up. (Scam to bill $35 for a $2 kit) I’m going to file a complaint with the FTC and see if the DOJ are interested even though they have their hands full. My ticket number is in the box to prove there was an effort on my part to get this contract fulfilled. SMH
