In my opinion this is a scam! I paid and received a kit that would not and could not get registered. I spent over 5 hours trying to register the kit they sent me. The help desk even said they fixes it however nothing changed. So after a couple weeks of working with the support group to get my kit registered ( I think they were stringing me along to hold my credit card payment so there wouldn’t be a refund) they still couldn’t register the kit. I hadn’t done anything but opened the box to register the kit (no DNA, no seal break, nothing except open the main box to register) and I couldn’t get it to activate. So after a couple weeks and hours of my time wasted trying to just register I asked for a refund. Here is where they try and string you along. They have another tech support person contact you and spend a week or so trying to figure it out and the same result no activity. ( see previous comment about trying to get to the credit card time line refund) in the end they charged me $35 dollars for a $2 kit. I believe in my opinion that they’re scamming customers and keeping the $35 . I bet they’re thinking people who can afford a $$$ test won’t miss $35. Well I’m here to tell 10XHealth, it’s about the principle!! I’m not done posting about my experience with this company. One of the Big pharma lies is right here with this scammer!!! $35.00 over a few thousand customers adds up. (Scam to bill $35 for a $2 kit) I’m going to file a complaint with the FTC and see if the DOJ are interested even though they have their hands full. My ticket number is in the box to prove there was an effort on my part to get this contract fulfilled. SMH
They are quick to take your money for the test but when it comes to actually explaining anything to you or walking you through the process you should be taking is a joke. I had to reach out several times to get any sort of answer. Then I would get automated responses. They sold me on this genetic methalation test will give you what you need. When there are other gene testing companies that give you more information for a fifth of the price
Completed my methylation test, tracking progress with shipping was just about impossible. Eventually got my test results where after I ordered my by-monthly nutrients on the 13th of Jan 2026. Order disappeared en route to the delivery address. No communication from 10 X whatsoever.
Still don’t have my nutrients, really not excited about this journey anymore.

I think there should be better information on the website about the direction to take regarding which tests would be most helpful first for the average person. For instance, the basic genetic test vs the more significant and then a blood test? I still am unsure. I did very much appreciate the quick response to the email I sent asking some of these questions.
I praise God that I have good health, but after we tragically lost my daughter, I developed high blood pressure. I started using 10X products and after several months, my blood pressure is normal. I highly recommend these products, and I trust them and would recommend to anyone.
