Awful service.
Credit card has been blocked for 3 weeks now with no reason. Everytime I’ve spoken to the in app chat, they have said it’s been escalated. All lies.
I have sent in my ID and sent an email saying all transactions are genuine. No one has contacted me and my credit card still blocked after 3 weeks. I have complained 3 times and no response has been given. Avoid this awful company. My credit is being affected now too . I have now contacted the FCA and the financial ombudsman as 118 have not responded to anyhting. I can’t use my card or even close it.
