Awful service.
Credit card has been blocked for 3 weeks now with no reason. Everytime I’ve spoken to the in app chat, they have said it’s been escalated. All lies.
I have sent in my ID and sent an email saying all transactions are genuine. No one has contacted me and my credit card still blocked after 3 weeks. I have complained 3 times and no response has been given. Avoid this awful company. My credit is being affected now too . I have now contacted the FCA and the financial ombudsman as 118 have not responded to anyhting. I can’t use my card or even close it.

Disappointing Experience with Customer Support

I contacted the service, explaining that I was facing early retirement due to health issues and would receive my pension in February, which would allow me to settle my loan. I requested that they refrain from taking any further payments until then, as I had no money to live on. They assured me this would be fine, and I even provided a specific date for repayment. Despite canceling my direct debit and having only £120 for food for the month, they still deducted my last bit of money after our conversation. While this service may offer easy credit, when tough times hit, it becomes a struggle. I find them unhelpful and would recommend avoiding them entirely, as they seem to exploit vulnerable individuals.

Frustrating Experience with Communication

For the past year, I held a card that I never utilized. They inundated me with 46 emails claiming I was "pre-approved for a £5000 loan due to my excellent customer status". Each email urged me to click a link to accept the offer, but despite trying numerous times, I found no offer available. I reached out via email 345 times to explain the situation, but each response came from someone who clearly didn't grasp the issue. I even forwarded their own emails in hopes they would comprehend the problem. It felt like a dead pigeon had more awareness. Ultimately, I received nothing but frustration from unhelpful staff. After deciding to close my accounts, I still got another email offering the same loan. It seemed like no one could effectively read or understand basic English. These positive reviews appear misleading, as my experience was nothing short of a hassle with incompetent representatives. I'm relieved to have moved on from this situation and strongly advise others to steer clear.

Spoken to 5 different members of staff…

Spoken to 5 different members of staff and i haven't spoken to a polite one yet. One was talking to me like a im a 5 year old... one put me on hold for half an hour till i hung up and weirdly enough when you want to speak to a manager there all super busy with others calls... would not recommend these for either a loan or a credit card!
