And I can say the following.If you submit a settlement application on 11th.com, upload all the required investment documents, and receive confirmation of successful submission, it means nothing.If you later realize that your request wasn't processed because the 11th.com team missed it, you'll have to spend a lot of time sending messages with questions and waiting weeks for a response.Even if the support team admits, "this is a serious mistake on our side, and we take full responsibility for the oversight", it means nothing.If you ask what full responsibility means, the most you'll get is a response like, "We are currently reviewing your case in detail to understand the situation fully and determine the best way to resolve it. You will receive a response as soon as possible once our review is complete".If you try calling them (I found the phone number on Crunchbase), they'll tell you to send a message to their support team.And that'll take forever.So good luck to anyone who decides to test the quality of their extremely poor service and lose your money.
