Titre : TOTAL INCOMPETENCE & DISHONESTY - 50,000 SHARES CLAIM LOST
Contenu :
"Stay away from 11th Estate! They are a 'LegalTech' firm that lacks even basic administrative competence. After entrusting them with a claim for 50,000 Dada Nexus shares, they completely failed in their professional duty.
Administrative Negligence: They confirmed my claim was 'successfully submitted' in Jan 2025. Yet, they waited until one week before the final deadline to ask for mandatory documents. Despite providing everything requested, they missed the deadline through their own lack of diligence.
Blatant Lying: Most shockingly, after the funds were distributed, their staff (Franco S.) officially confirmed to me in writing in October 2025 that my case was 'Marked for Disbursement' (payout status). Today, they claim the case was rejected back in February. You cannot confirm a payout in October for a case that was supposedly dead in February.
Spoliation of Evidence: As soon as I confronted them with their own conflicting emails, they deleted my account access and erased my file from their platform to hide the paper trail.
They provide false assurances while failing to meet court deadlines. I am now filing formal complaints with the SEC (Investor Advocate) and FINRA for professional malpractice and misrepresentation. If you want to actually recover your money, do not trust these amateurs

The team made the process easy! I sent them the required documents and they took care of the rest. Every time I emailed them they responded and kept me up to date. I received my payment just like they said. I would use them again if I had to.
Extremely disappointed. I was told my claim amount was thousands, $9,146 and ended up being approved for $80. If any legal representation told you a number to expect and then it came out to be less than 1% of the expected amount would anyone hire that legal representative again?!?! NOOOO!!!! This was for stock ticker: QS. Horrible representation. My request on when I was receiving my approved payout and how much was stated by their rep on Oct 7. After receiving a notification that $80 was ready to be sent to me I immediately sent an email stating their must be a huge mistake. I received a response saying they’d like to ‘clarify that the recognized claim amount determined by the Administration for your case was $1,097.75…Please rest assured your claim was reviewed and submitted correctly” so a huge mistake and complete misleading representation but on the very general level representation that stated a certain amount and COMPLETELY MISSED THE MARK. Horrible.
They do not respond and get back to you in a timely manner. I wish I went with someone else. They are in a hurry to ask for your information and then when they get what they need they don't get back to you. Horrible Experiece.
Not sure if this is a real company. I talked to Fidelity and they have never heard of them. I gave them all of my account information for the claims and then I talked to Fidelity and changed all of my account numbers to prevent them from stealing my account info. If they have to use a wire transfer for payment, I will be using one with little to no money in it as I do not want to lose my life savings to a scam.
I had a very unpleasant experience filing a claim through 11th.com. And I can say the following. If you submit a settlement application on 11th.com, upload all the required investment documents, and receive confirmation of successful submission, it means nothing. If you later realize that your request wasn't processed because the 11th.com team missed it, you'll have to spend a lot of time sending messages with questions and waiting weeks for a response.Even if the support team admits, "this is a serious mistake on our side, and we take full responsibility for the oversight", it means nothing. If you ask what full responsibility means, the most you'll get is a response like, "We are currently reviewing your case in detail to understand the situation fully and determine the best way to resolve it. You will receive a response as soon as possible once our review is complete".If you try calling them (I found the phone number on Crunchbase), they'll tell you to send a message to their support team. And that'll take forever. So good luck to anyone who decides to test the quality of their extremely poor service and lose your money.
