I ordered flowers from this company as they advocated 24 hour delivery. I placed an order on Monday 17th November expecting delivery on Tuesday 18th November. However this date came and went NO FLOWERS Next day came, again no delivery. Royal Mail finally delivered them on Thursday 20th November. If you cannot keep to what you are saying don't advertise as such.
