Flowers arrived almost a week after I prders them, that was the faster postage option also. Flowers arrived dead and a lot less Flowers than photo online. Tried to claim my money back but was told ยฃ15 or nothing. Tried to claim money back through paypal but claim went in their favour somehow. Number and name ended up being passed on to scam callers after this also. DO NOT USE.

Ordered a medium sized bouquet for ยฃ25, was advised on the confirmation email that I would be kept upto date when dispatched, and on delivery. This did not happen. Not a major issue, they were delivered.
Luckily I had them delivered to me ready to take to a friend who was having a bit of a hard time. On opening the box I was very disappointed. For a medium bouquet, there didnโ€™t seem a lot.. half were wilted and brown. There were buds to open, which it stated when purchased but I feared they could be past there best at this point.
Contacted 123 flowers to raise my concerns. They responded quickly asking for pictures which I sent. They quickly replied saying the bouquet size was correct and to just put them in water.. which I had already done previously for a good few hours before contacting them.. needless to say I wasnโ€™t getting anymore help and I was left with a bouquet of flowers that I would have been embarrassed to pass on. I did a speedy trip to a local supermarket to re-purchase another bouquet that was beautiful and for only ยฃ20.. I will not be making the same mistake twice and ordering from 123 flowers.

Disappointing Experience with Delivery and Quality

I ordered flowers on Friday evening with a promise of next day delivery, but they were only delivered on Tuesday afternoon. The flowers did not match the images I expected and were quite disappointing. When I reached out to inquire about the delivery status, the responses felt scripted and showed a lack of concern for customer relations. The only focus seemed to be on their non-refund policy, claiming delivery issues were out of their hands. It's unfortunate because fresh flowers should be delivered quickly and are not inexpensive! I won't be using this service again due to their attitude towards customer inquiries and the quality of their product. My advice is to look elsewhere.

I tried to make a purchase using a payment method that didn't seem to work, so I reached out to customer support. They responded quickly with real people, and it turned out I hadn't completed the transaction, so everything was resolved swiftly! A very good team - I hope the flowers are just as great!

Terrible Service Experience

The service was absolutely pathetic. The flowers didn't arrive, and the customer service was not helpful at all. It ruined my anniversary. If you want to be disappointed, I recommend avoiding this company.
